Where all the filtering is being done right there in Outlook. What I'm hoping to find is a replacement for Spambayes. Please no suggestions to have people switch to Gmail, or forward their email through Gmail or some other hosted service. I have checked all settings and ensured that the spam filter is enabled yet the filter buttons and ability to sort email by spam rules is gone. So I'm wondering if anyone else has a comparable spam filter they use - one that integrates right into Outlook, will work with Outlook 2013, is trainable, and of course preferably free. 'Spam Filter not working in Outlook' After instlling AVG Ultimate the Outlook Spam filter has dissapeared from Outlook interface. I'm not that kind of a programmer so I can't just take the code and update it myself. Problem is that it does not work with Outlook 2013 and the developer has no interest in updating it. Blows the built in spam filter to pieces. Super easy to use and is not a nuisance to most users. It'll start sorting your email into Junk Suspects or Junk Emails, and you can go in and tell the program if an email is spam or not via a nice little button in the toolbar. I've installed it on hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of machines over the years, and after about a week of training (depending on how much email the person gets) it's usually 99% accurate, if not more so.
